What’s separate?
Transportation, accommodation, admissions, meals and optional activities are separate costs, generally paid directly to the respective providers.
We can help identify options and coordinate details. Provider availability, prices and terms are confirmed separately.

Do I need to know where I want to go?
Not at all. Tell us what you like, your available time and your preferred pace. We’ll suggest ideas, and you decide what feels right.
Are the trip ideas fixed itineraries?
No. They’re inspiration. Destinations, activities and pace can be adjusted after we discuss feasibility and your preferences.
How many people can join?
Experiences are designed for 1–6 guests. Tell us the total group size, including children, so we can discuss suitable options.
What does your service include?
Experience planning, local recommendations, coordination and local companionship. Transport, accommodation, admission, meals and activities are separate and generally paid directly to providers. Any specialist or licensed guiding needs will be discussed separately.
Can you plan around my next flight?
We can help assess what is realistic using your airport and flight schedule. Airport procedures, traffic and delays affect your available time. Your airline’s check-in requirements and entry eligibility must be checked before making a plan.
What about weather, changes or cancellations?
We’ll discuss alternatives and the applicable change and cancellation terms before you confirm. Separate providers set their own terms. Outdoor activities may change with weather and local conditions.
Can I share accessibility or dietary preferences?
Yes. Share what you’re comfortable sharing in your request. We’ll discuss practical options and confirm suitability with relevant providers before you decide.
